I. Program on Thermal Energy and Power Engineering
The subdivisions of thermal energy and power engineering include the fluid machinery and automatic control, thermal power engineering plant and automation, engineering thermal physics and the use of new energy. This major puts the emphasis on cultivating senior engineering and technical personnel and management personnel equipped with the basic knowledge and modern information technology, such as professional engineering thermal physics, fluid mechanics, thermal engineering, power machinery and power engineering, can engage in the design, research, teaching, development, manufacture and operation of the power engineering and automation and energy-related aspects in various national economy departments.

II. Building Environment and Equipment Engineering
Building environment and equipment engineering emphasizes on cultivating senior engineering and technical personnel equipped with the basic theoretical knowledge and ability of designing the indoor environment of the main systems and equipment and construction of public facilities and systems, installation commissioning, researching and cultivating ability on the operation and management and various national economy departments requiring the special built environment, are able to work at the department of construction environment and equipment design studies, manufacture and installation, and property management and some related sectors,such as scientific research, production, teaching and other units. 

III. New energy science and Engineering
This major puts the emphasis on cultivating senior engineering and technical personnel and management personnel with the basic knowledge and modern information technology, be engage in the research, teaching, development, management of the new energy field.
