On February 24, Prof. Shouqi Yuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu University, participated in the theme class meeting of Fluid (Excellent) Class 1801 in Conference Room 1 of the school of energy and power engineering. Prof. Shouqi Yuan understands the students' thought in the new semester, gives guidance for postgraduate entrance examinations, provides employment assistance, solve practical difficulties, and has in-depth exchanges with the students. Counselors from Fluid (Excellence) class 1801 and all the students attend the meeting.

At the class meeting, Prof. Shouqi Yuan listens carefully to the development of the class in the last semester and the postgraduate entrance examinations and employment recently. He acknowledges the achievements the students have gained, offers congratulations on their exam results, and is satisfied with their brilliant mental states.

After communicating with all the students, Prof. Shouqi Yuan guides the development of the class in the next semester. He then discusses the notes and skills of the interview for the postgraduate entrance examinations, contacts well-known enterprises for employment, and stresses the regular work, such as mental states of students, pandemic precaution, and safety. After the meeting, Prof. Shouqi Yuan contacts the students who were quarantined and postponed their return to school by phone. He realizes their physical/mental state and living conditions and asks them to take personal protection. Students who encounter difficulties can ask for help from the university in time. He will be waiting for the students’ safe and sound return.
