Jiangsu University-Chengyumite Industry-University-Research Cooperation Exchange and Project Signing Ceremony were successfully held in the Second Lecture Hall at Conference Center on the afternoon of September 15th. Professor Li Hongbo (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu University), Researcher Li Hong (Executive Deputy Dean of the Graduate School), Professor Kang Can (Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Energy and Power Engineering), Xu Haoyu (Chairman of Chengyumite Medical Technology Co. Ltd.), Dr. Zhang Chunli (General Manager of Chengyumite Medical Technology Co. Ltd.), and Zhang Yumin (General Manager of Jiangsu Huayi Technology Co. Ltd.), attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Professor Kang Can and Deputy Secretary Li Hongbo delivered a speech.
At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Li Hongbo presented the history of Jiangsu University, discipline features, and academic training. He also emphasized the importance of transformation from the research outcomes into practical applications. Chairman Xu Haoyu introduced Chengyumite’s business philosophy and research situation of the main products. He said that Jiangsu University has strong and powerful research foundation in the fields of engineering and medicine, and cultivated many outstanding talents. He hopes to cooperate with Jiangsu University beginning with this Industry-University-Research project, and further to improve the cooperative innovation system for both, aiming to establish a domestic first-class school-enterprise cooperation resource platform.
Through this Industry-University-Research Cooperation between Jiangsu University and Chengyumite, both intended to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the field of needle-free injection. Based on Jiangsu University’s scientific research resources in fluid machinery and medical testing, and Chengyumite’s production and operation resources, together with the combination of engineering and medicine, the technology of needle-free injection products in China can be fully improved.
