In order to implement the "Implementation Measures for the Assistant Teaching System of Young Teachers of Jiangsu University" and effectively ensure the acceptance quality of the assessment of assistant teaching, from May 21 to 22, 2024, the School held a trial lecture in the smart classroom on the 3rd floor of the Energy Building. Professor Wang Shuang, Dean of Teaching, and the heads of teaching organizations formed a panel of judges, 11 young teachers participated in the assessment and trial lectures, and the rest of the young teachers in the assistant teaching training period attended the scene.

During the trial lecture, the young teachers had clear teaching ideas, reasonable teaching process design, and demonstrated good teaching skills and classroom control ability. After the lecture, the judges of the assessment team gave pertinent and professional opinions and suggestions from the aspects of manners, language expression, curriculum design, PPT production, teacher-student interaction and communication, etc., and agreed that through the accumulation of the training period, the teaching level of young teachers has been significantly improved, and the training goals of each stage have been achieved, and they have been fully prepared to stand on the podium.

This assessment and trial lecture activity is a comprehensive inspection of the completion of the training of teachers in the assistant teaching period of the college, and also provides an opportunity for young teachers in the assistant teaching period to learn and communicate, and plays a positive role in promoting the training of young teachers' teaching ability.
