On the afternoon of Thursday, March 14, 2024, the 2024 Spring Special Job Fair of the School of Energy and Power Engineering of Jiangsu University was held in the lecture hall of Jingjiang Building, inviting more than 30 related enterprises from inside and outside the province to recruit, attracting graduates of our college to participate.

The job fair invited many well-known enterprises in the industry, such as Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Hefei Kaiquan Electric Pump Co., Ltd., Shenyang Blower Group Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Pump and Valve General Factory, to provide more than 600 jobs for graduates, covering all majors of the college. Relevant leaders and teachers of the school went to the job fair to communicate with enterprises and graduates, and expressed their gratitude to the participating companies for coming. All the counselors of the graduating class went to the job fair site, communicated with the employers in detail, understood their job requirements, inquired in detail about the students' job search situation and job search intentions, and gave careful guidance and patient answers. In addition, our institute organizes student party members and activists to play a pioneering role, take the initiative to serve as volunteers, participate in the layout of recruitment venues, conduct one-on-one docking with enterprise leaders in advance, and provide thoughtful services for participating enterprises.

This job fair has built a docking platform for face-to-face communication and close communication between employers and students, so that students can more fully understand the current employment situation of the major, and improve the professional relevance and effectiveness of employment. The school has also reached a consensus with enterprises and established long-term cooperative relations, which further promotes the in-depth cooperation between talent training and industry, academia and research, and makes every effort to promote graduates to achieve fuller and higher-quality employment.
