On December 29th, Vice President Li Hong led a team to inspect the laboratory safety work of our school, and Vice President Wang Shuang and Director Li Mingyi attended the event. The inspection team focused on the daily management of laboratory safety, safety education and training, hidden danger investigation and rectification, hazard management, emergency drills and safety facility management and maintenance.

Li Hong went to the front line to check the safety situation of the laboratory and guided the laboratory safety management work of our school. Li Hong demanded that the laboratory safety work at the end of the year and the beginning of the year must not be relaxed, and all units should further improve their political position, conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of laboratory safety work, adhere to the result-oriented and problem-oriented, strictly implement the safety control measures for important hazards and key parts of the laboratory such as hazardous chemicals and special equipment, and resolutely put an end to the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents. It is necessary to accurately grasp the new situation, new tasks and new requirements of laboratory safety work, continue to develop and innovate in terms of ideological understanding, mechanism construction, ability and quality, information application, etc., further improve the working mechanism, strengthen the construction of the laboratory team, and continuously improve the level of laboratory safety management. All units should continue to study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Party Congress of the university, strictly implement the safety management system, innovate work measures, and effectively strengthen laboratory safety management, so as to provide a safe, efficient and orderly environment for the establishment of the "double first-class" and the construction of a high-level university with distinctive characteristics.
