Introduction to the expert: Tanakorn Wongwuttanasatian is a professor at Khon Kaen University in Thailand. He graduated with a doctorate from the University of Leeds in the UK. He is currently the director of the Renewable Energy Research and Development Center. He is a well-known energy expert in Thailand. His research expertise is energy storage, renewable energy, the transformation of biomass energy, and the utilization of waste. He presided over 7 fund projects of the National Research Council of Thailand in biomass and renewable energy, published more than 60 academic papers, and supervised more than 20 masters and PhD. He was invited by many international authoritative journals to act as a reviewer. Research expertise: energy storage, renewable energy, biomass energy conversion, and waste resource utilization.
Introduction to the report: The Sino-Thai Forum of Renewable Energy and Carbon Neutrality will be lectured by Professor Tanakorn Wongwuttanasatian from Khon Kaen University in Thailand. The third lecture will be held for graduate students and undergraduate students, introducing the relevant research results on the development and utilization of renewable energy and solid waste on recycling. Prof. Tanakorn Wongwuttanasatian's series of lectures mainly involved the resource utilization and energy analysis of industrial solid waste, including the concept of zero waste in the sugar industry and the research on solid waste resource utilization, optimization analysis of filter cake granulation process, bagasse Drying and upgrading utilization technology, experimental analysis of solid waste alternative mixed fuel, etc.
