On December 9th, the School held a meeting on the application of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Professor Chen Bin of Xi'an Jiaotong University was invited to share the experience of the application guidance of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the skills of writing the application. Dean Wang Junfeng, relevant teachers and some doctoral students attended the meeting, which was presided over by Vice Dean Gao Bo.

At the exchange meeting, Professor Chen Bin systematically, detailed and vividly introduced the writing skills of the National Natural Science Foundation of China from various aspects such as topic selection, abstract and project basis, research content, research objectives, key scientific problems to be solved, research plan and feasibility analysis, characteristics and innovations, research basis, etc., combined with cases, and shared the rich experience accumulated over the years in fund application. Finally, Professor Chen Bin also interacted with teachers and students and answered questions.

Dean Wang Junfeng made a concluding speech on this exchange meeting, he fully affirmed that Professor Chen Bin's report was full of dry goods and benefited a lot after listening, and hoped that all teachers could draw nutrition from it, apply what they have learned, and strive to achieve good results in the 2024 fund declaration.
